Returns & Replacement Policy

General Policy

If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
If within 30 days of purchase you return the product with your order confirmation and the damage is not due to customer negligence, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund.

Please note that cut to size panels and any items with drop down menus, giving colour, shape or thickness options are classed as made to order and therefore none refundable.

We aim to process any applicable refunds within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund to a different card than the one you made the original purchase with.
Please also note that for security reasons we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
If the damage to a faulty item is deemed to be malicious, no refund (Product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.
Recalls:
In the extremely rare event that we may recall a product, you agree to cooperate fully with us and will provide all reasonable assistance as required by us. 

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us to report any issue within 48 hours. You can call our Customer Services team on 0161 320 7200 Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm or you can email us if it is more convenient at sales@pfldirect.co.uk Please quote your order number to help us find your order more quickly. 

Our policy on faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning goods - how do I arrange to return my order?

Returns are subject to the goods being returned to the company packaged in the same manner as they were originally sent.

If you return your order by post, we recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage; we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during transit.

Who pays return costs?

You are responsible for paying the delivery costs for the original order and the cost of returning your goods to us. On returns you will also be charged a restocking fee based on 20% of the value of the original order. 

Before delivery - change or cancel an order.

If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer services team on 0161 320 7200. Please have your order number to hand.
